桂花紅棗杞子雪耳糖水 (電飯煲版)
Osmanthus and Red Date Goji Berry Snow Fungus Sweet Soup (Rice Cooker Version) 天氣最近比較乾燥,相對濕度只有百分之三十,所以煮紅棗雪耳糖水滋潤養顏一下吧。
Ingredients
- 1/4 of a snow fungus
- About 20 red dates
- A small handful of goji berries
- A pinch of osmanthus
Instructions
1.5L water 2/3 piece of raw slab sugar (or crystal sugar, adjust the amount according to your taste)
1)Soak the snow fungus until it expands, rinse it clean, then cut it into small pieces with scissors and set aside in the pot.
2)Clean the red dates and remove the pits, then put them in the pot, add water, and place it in the rice cooker. Cook for 45 minutes on the soup mode.
3)Rinse the goji berries and osmanthus, drain the water, add them to the pot, along with sugar, and cook for another 10 minutes.
