Stir-Fry Beef Rice Noodles Roll (Cheung Fun)
澳洲也有Costco, 考慮了一段時間是否入會,因知道份量都比較大,怕用不完會浪費,但經朋友分享經驗後還是入會了。買過一次後,覺得有一些產品真的是物有所值,馬上被俘虜了🤣 說實話不是所有東西都比其他地方便宜,但便宜的貨物種類也不少呀!例如
Ingredients
- 牛肉 約 250g
- 芽菜 150g
- 洋蔥 1個 切條
- 蒜頭 2粒 切蓉
- 腸粉 500g 切段
- 豉油 2大匙
- 老抽 2小匙
- 醃料:
- 豉油 1大匙
- 蠔油 1小匙
- 魚露 1小匙
- 胡椒粉 1/8小匙
- 糖 1/3小匙
- 生粉 2 小匙
- 水 3大匙
- 麻油 1小匙
Instructions
1)先醃牛肉,把除了生粉和麻油以外的所有醃料加入牛肉中攪拌均勻至牛肉吸收水份,之後加入生粉拌勻醃15分鐘後,最後加麻油拌勻鎖住肉汁。
2)熱鍋下油,先煎香牛肉兩面至八成熟,就可以取出備用。
3)同一隻鍋下點油炒香洋蔥和蒜蓉,加入腸粉煎香一下再加蓋焗至腸粉變軟,下芽菜炒一下,加入煎過的牛肉片炒勻後,最後加入豉油和老抽拌炒均勻就完成了。
4)上碟後加點芝麻和葱花,喜歡吃辣的還可以加辣椒醬同吃。

Ingredients (2 servings): Costco stir fry strips 250g Sprouts 150g Onion 1 whole (cut into slices) Garlic 2 cloves (minced) Rice roll/Rice noddle roll 500g (cut into pieces) Soy sauce 1Tbsp Dark soy sauce 2tsp
Marinate: Soy sauce 1Tbsp Oyster sauce 1tsp Fish sauce 1tsp White pepper powder 1/8tsp Sugar 1/3tsp Potato starch 2tsp Water 3Tbsp Sesame oil 1tsp
1)Marinate the beef first: add all the marinate ingredients except potato starch and sesame oil into beef and mix until the beef absorb all the flavor, then add potato starch, mix well and marinate for 15mins, after that stir in sesame oil.
2)Preheat the pan with a little bit of oil, fry the beef until medium well and take them out.
3)Add little oil again in the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until aromatic, then fry the riceroll and cover to cook until soft. Add sprouts and beef to sauté then add the soy sauce and dark soy sauce, stir fry until everything is cooked.
4)To serve, garnish with sesame seed and spring onion, if you enjoy spicy, serve with sriracha chili sauce.
