Garlic Chives Omelette
韭菜在冰箱裏好像不太耐放,想請教大家有保存韭菜的方法嗎?🤔 因為想包韭菜餃子而買了一大紮韭菜,還剩下不少就做一道最簡單的韭菜煎蛋,蛋香配搭韭菜,加點魚露增添鹹香鮮味,簡單易做又好吃😆
Ingredients
- Garlic Chives ~50g
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Fish sauce 1 tsp
- Sesame Oil 1tsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
1)Wash and cut Garlic Chives into small pieces.
2)Beat the eggs and mix with the seasoning, then add garlic chives and mix well.
3)Heat the pan with oil, pour egg mixture and fried both side till golden and serve.
